Now that we are in a commercial facility, and with the help of our awesome shipping partner, SugarDanny now ships throughout the US!  We're so excited to be able to send all of you cookies! 

WHEN SHOULD YOU EXPECT YOUR ORDER?

We bake everything fresh and made to order with the goal of getting it to you within 1-2 days of leaving our oven. We ship 3 days a week - Monday through Wednesday; CA & NV is next day, everywhere else is 2-day. For orders placed between Thursday and Sunday, we'll bake your order the following Monday. 

WHAT DOES IT COST?

We charge a flat rate of $12 for all shipping.  

LOCAL PICKUP

For all of our local Burlingame, Hillsborough, and San Mateo residents, you can save on shipping and pick up your order at Bonne Sante at 1431 Broadway! 

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

If you have special delivery instructions like A SPECIAL NOTE, GATE CODES or WHERE TO LEAVE THE PACKAGE, please indicate this in the notes section at checkout. This is very important! We’ve had to hop the fence a few times doing deliveries, and we're not sure our new delivery partner will do the same gymnastics.

WHAT HAPPENED TO HAND DELIVERY?

Our West Coast shipping partner covers all of the locations that we previously delivered to and more. Within the 15 mile radius of Burlingame, it's also next-day. So rather than baking 3 days a week and driving 3 days a week, we can start to scale our production and get our cookies in more loving hands! 

WHAT ABOUT SCHEDULING? 

We started out doing hand deliveries because that's what our cottage food license dictated - we couldn’t use a third party like UPS or DoorDash. Dan could only bake 30 orders per day using his home oven (800 cookies was our record). So now that we can accommodate orders most days of the week, we removed the date picker. We may add hand delivery back into the mix at some point in the future.

PHONE NUMBERS & EMAILS

When you order, it's required to leave us a phone number and email. This is so we can get in touch with you in case we have trouble delivering your package. IF YOU ARE SENDING A GIFT, please include the name, address, phone, and email of the person you are sending to so we can contact them once the package arrives.

MINIMUM ORDER SIZE

We have a minimum order size of $37 (12 cookies). You can order a dozen, or 2 six packs, and they'll come in the same box.

We are lucky to live in the San Francisco Bay Area, home to some of the finest chocolatiers and artisans in the world. We source our chocolate from our neighbors at Guittard Chocolate, our butter from Clover Farms in Sonoma and our cage-free organic eggs from local farmers too.
